Arden Salt Room and Sauna

Arden Salt Room & Sauna is a local family run business located in Denver NC. We were first introduced to halo therapy via a friend back in our home state of Wisconsin. We had honestly never heard of halo therapy but after just one 45 minute session in the salt room we could feel a difference and went back a few more times during our trip.  

 

Once we returned to NC we discovered a few other salt rooms, but nothing that was conveniently located near us……and so Arden Salt Room & Sauna was created. We strive to help others experience the same enjoyment and relaxation we did with our state of the art salt rooms and infrared sauna sessions.
